Julie Zuckerberg Continues to Represent the Talent Acquisition Industry

There is a reason as to why a company will do everything to retain the talent that they already have. Aside from avoiding wastage of time in recruitment processes, the process of acquiring new talent can be really expensive. From coaching to conducting background checks. So, the first time you recruit, you want everything to be done right. By acquiring the right talent who are highly-skilled, you will avoid repeating this process every other time.

Her career peaked as she gained more experience and showed her clients just how capable she was.

 

Julie Zuckerberg is extremely talented at talent recruitment. She did study hard and build a foundation for her career. She is a Philosophy graduate of the Brooklyn University. She also has her Juris Doctor from the Law School of New York University.

 

Soon after completing her studies, Julie got a job at Hudson and Recruiting Company. At this point, she had already realized that her passion lay at matching businesses with the right talent. So when she got a recruitment job in the year 2002, she did not take it for granted. She knew that she would have to work harder than everyone else if she was to be recognized as a figure representing the whole industry. S

 

At Hudson, Julie Zuckerberg was in charge of recruiting talent for financial institutions and companies in the legal industry. Her law degree come in handy when she had to recruit paralegal and lawyers. And if a conflict arose, it was Julie that employers and employees called upon in order to intervene. During her time at Hudson, she was able to work with some of the most reputable banks and law firms in the area.

 

Her network enabled her land a job at Citi Global Functions in the year 2007. This financial service provision company was to utilize her services as the Vice President and the head of recruitments. She would offer consultation services, to business executives, pertaining the best strategies for recruitment. She would also oversee all recruitments at the firm. She would then coach her recruitment team on issues regarding recruitments and would negotiate salaries with the selected candidates.

 

In the year 2013, she moved to New York Life Insurance Company. This was probably her shortest term. She worked for only three months before she again moved to Deutsche Bank where she has been serving to date. She is the Executive Talent Acquisition Lead. But, she acquired this position after being promoted. Julie is concerned with coming up with new strategies to improve the recruitment process.
